R. J. Barker

Robert J. Barker (1949-2013) was a physicist specializing in high power microwave (HPM) research. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and held positions at the Naval Research Laboratory, Mission Research Corporation, and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
