Margaret Ford Fisher

Dr. Margaret Ford Fisher holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in the Teaching of English from Wichita State University (Kansas), and a Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Houston (Texas). She began her tenure as Houston Community College’s (HCC) Interim Chancellor in 2023. From 2018-2023, she served as founding president of HCC Online College.
